Quzhi Industrial Co., Ltd.'s sales and marketing department is located in Jing'an District, Shanghai, while the production department is situated in Hebei, China. Our company has a complete set of advanced automated production equipment and comprehensive quality inspection instruments. Our main products include a series of medical beds, home care beds, manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, cervical and lumbar traction beds, cervical traction chairs, anti-decubitus air cushions, medical bedside tables, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, and various supporting medical and household products.
We use high-quality raw materials and advanced manufacturing processes, relying on a strict quality management system, refined technology, and complete testing equipment to ensure reliable product quality. All products comply with current national and industry standards. Our market sales have fully covered mainland China, and our products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and other international markets.

Quality Control
Our company has obtained ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification, ISO13485:2016 medical device quality management system certification, FDA certification, and EU CE certification.

Special Person Tracking Mechanism

 Each order is assigned a dedicated quality consultant to follow up the whole process from demand confirmation to delivery acceptance;
Real-time synchronization of production progress, key nodes (such as material warehousing, semi-finished product assembly, functional testing) to actively synchronize the situation to the customer.

Four-stage Quality Inspection Standard

 Incoming inspection: Perform 100% specification check for purchased parts/raw materials;
 Process inspection: sampling 10% of products in process every 2 hours (15% of customized products);
 Final inspection of finished products: 72-hour stability test for simulated customer use scenario;
Factory review: 5% products are randomly selected to recheck package integrity and functional parameters.

Exception Response Commitment

 After the quality problem is found, the QC consultant will start the upgrade process within 30 minutes;
Provide solutions to major problems within 48 hours (including compensation proposal).
