Smart Multi-Control Architecture (App + Wireless Bluetooth + Joystick): In addition to the intuitive 360-degree hall-effect joystick mounted on the armrest, the wheelchair includes a companion smartphone app and a pocket-sized wireless Bluetooth remote. This allows caregivers to guide the chair from behind without bending over, or enables users to summon the wheelchair across the room to their bedside with a single tap.
Motorized Stepless Recline (90° to 135°): Equipped with a whisper-quiet micro-linear electric actuator beneath the seat deck. Users can adjust the backrest angle smoothly from 90 degrees upright to a comfortable 135-degree resting recline, redistributing body weight away from the pelvis and relieving lower back tension.
Aerospace-Grade Aluminum Chassis & 3-Second Quick Fold: Built from high-tensile aviation aluminum tubing, the frame weighs only 26 kg (without battery) while safely supporting user weights up to 136 kg (300 lbs). It folds into a compact cube (78 × 62 × 36 cm) in just 3 seconds, sliding easily into the trunk of a Toyota Camry or Honda Civic.
For active travel, safety on uneven pavement and compliance with transport regulations are critical.
Dual 250W Brushless Motors & EABS Electronic Brakes: Driven by twin high-efficiency 250W silent brushless hub motors, the wheelchair climbs slopes up to 12 degrees. The intelligent EABS electromagnetic braking system provides zero-rollback hold: releasing the joystick stops the chair instantly, even on steep access ramps or wet tile.
All-Terrain Puncture-Proof Tires: Fitted with 8-inch front omni-directional wheels and 12-inch rear PU solid tires with spring-loaded shock absorbers that glide smoothly over sidewalk cracks, gravel pathways, and door thresholds.
FAA & Airline Flight-Safe Lithium Battery: Powered by a quick-release 24V 12Ah lithium battery pack (288Wh) certified under strict UN38.3, MSDS, and IEC 62133 flight transport standards. The removable battery pack slides out in one second, allowing seniors to board commercial flights effortlessly while checking the folded frame at the gate, providing a reliable driving range of 20 to 25 km per charge.

Dynamic Track Testing: Tested on our factory test track for acceleration stability, curb clearance, and emergency stopping distance.
Vibration & Drop Packaging Testing: Packaged inside heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated export master cartons with custom-molded high-density EPE foam blocks, passing international ISTA carton drop standards.
High-Density Container Palletization: Staggered box loading maximized container volume inside a 40ft High Cube (40HQ) container, substantially lowering per-unit ocean shipping costs for our US distributor.
